NEMINIK DOO has successfully installed and set up a robotic cell used for welding of chassis for large construction machines. The system consists of the TM1800wgh3 robot located on the portal. The portal has two external axes and is located on a 14m long track. This system also contains two positioners with a capacity of 5000 kg. Linear rails and positioners are the external axes of the robot in order to enable harmonic movement between them. Complete programming of parts is carried out offline with the help of Panasonic DTPS software. This system significantly increased welding quality and production capacity.
