Panasonic robotic welding of agricultural equipment

NEMINIK DOO installed robotic system for assembling and welding of agricultural equipment. System has two robotsTM1800wg3 and TL1800wg. One robot is on portal with 12m shifter, other robot is on 4m long shifter. System has three positioners with next payloads:2x1000kg i 1x500kg. TL1800wg3 robot can be handling robot for assembling and welding robot as well. Shifters are external axes of robot so it is possible harmonic movement between robot and all external axes. This system significantly increased productivity.  For small parts Neminik develop automatic magazine for small parts. From that magazine handling robot take parts.
