Installation of robot for trailer chassis welding

NEMINIK DOO installed robot for chassis welding. The system is robot TAWERS TM1800g3 with gas cooled torch. Robot is installed in portal which is on 12m linear track. Cell consist also positioner with 1000kg payload. Linear track and positioner are external axes of robot so harmonic movement between these axes is possible.  With this system, customer increased quality of welding and increased productivity. Customer also chose DTPS, Panasonic software for offline programming. With DTPS and calibrated system they can now program much faster and they can program parts during robot is welding in production.
